Poolify Expands Inland Empire Footprint With Acquisition of Redhawk Pools

Tech-enabled pool service platform continues acquisition strategy across Southern California

We buy good routes, keep the service quality high, and put our technology to work behind them.”

YUCAIPA, CA, UNITED STATES, August 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Poolify, a tech-enabled pool service company that owns and operates residential and commercial pool routes across California, today announced it has acquired Redhawk Pools, a pool service business serving Yucaipa and the surrounding Inland Empire.

Founded in 1995, Redhawk Pool Service & Repairs is a family-owned business that has kept pools clean and swim-ready across Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, and Redlands for more than three decades. The company built its name on dependable weekly service, honest repair work on pumps, motors, heaters, and filters, and the long-tenured customer relationships that are rare in the trade.

The acquisition expands Poolify's footprint across the Yucaipa and Calimesa corridor, where it already runs daily service operations, and advances the company's goal of becoming the largest regional pool service operator in the Inland Empire.

Poolify's model differs from a traditional pool service consolidator. The company builds its own software and hardware and runs it across the routes it owns. Every service visit feeds data back into the platform: a proprietary field service tool for daily operations, a chemistry model for predicting water treatment, computer vision for scoring pool condition, and in-water sensors. Poolify uses that data to run routes more efficiently and to identify and underwrite future acquisitions.

"Redhawk has been keeping pools clean in Yucaipa since 1995. That kind of reputation isn't something you build overnight, and it's exactly what we look for: loyal customers, a service area next to routes we already run, and a name people in the Inland Empire trust," said Rahul Mangalore, CEO of Poolify. "We buy good routes, keep the service quality high, and put our technology to work behind them."

Redhawk Pools will be integrated into the regional operation led by Anthony Romero, Poolify's Operating Partner, who oversees the on-the-ground transition of each acquired route across the Inland Empire.

"We took on Redhawk to keep serving this community with the same reliability customers expect: dependable weekly service, fast repairs, and clear reports so homeowners always know where their pool stands," said Romero. "My job is to make the transition invisible to the homeowner and keep every pool swim-ready."

For Redhawk's customers, little changes day to day. The same routes run on the same schedule, now backed by Poolify's scheduling, digital service reports, and repair support. The acquisition continues Poolify's strategy of partnering with established, owner-built pool businesses and carrying their service standard forward.

Poolify's technology is built by co-founder and CTO Partin Imeri and his engineering team. Co-founder Ravi Kurani previously founded Sutro, a pool water monitoring company he sold to Sani Marc.

"The routes are how we reach the market, and technology is how we create leverage," said Kurani. "Every pool we service makes our models better, and better models make every route we own worth more."
